In the last 15 years the company has delivered various and Major UK contracts in Cleaning, Security Services and Supply of Manpower to various sectors.

Mark Odenore
Founder
Mark has over 10 years’ experience in Housing and Facilities Management. Mark was a former
Housing Director for the YMCA in London. Mark founded Midwest in 2006 as a Cleaning and
Security company with under £1000 and grew the company to a multi-million’s pounds
company in less than 10 years.
Florence Odenore
Operations Manager
Florence has over 6 years’ experience of operation and management and oversees all of
Midwest’s USA contracts and manages the supply chain.
Cephas Odenore
Finance Manager
Cephas manages the finances and oversees the entire finance team.
